I’m not a cook, or profess to know everything when it comes to cooking. However, many of you have asked me whats my secret to looking healthy and fit at 51. I know the ingredients that I consume are good for my body. I am a firm believer that including them in your diet helps to keep the nasties away. This is a guideline of what I eat, so please excuse me if my recipes don’t read like a professional cook book.
