My delicious Herb and Turmeric Omelette recipe is an absolute hit! Unlike an ordinary omelette, this recipe is full of medicinal herbs and spices that’s not only tasty but contributes towards nourishing our bodies. I love eating various types of omelettes for breakfast by changing up the ingredients.
9 egg whits 3 egg yolk
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 cm Ginger
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Black Pepper to taste
1 small red Chili
4 cloves Gallic
1/2 bunch Spring Onion
1/4 bunch Coriander
1 tbs coconut oil
Finely chop all the ingredients and set aside.
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl Beat well with a fork.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on a low heat, and once hot, add the eggs and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
When the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the finely chopped ingredients.
When it starts to turn golden brown underneath, remove the pan from the heat and slide into the oven to cook the top.

Quinoa and 1/2 Avocado and garnish with coriander.
