Congratulations on completing FITober; 21 days of a fitter and healthier lifestyle! But don’t stop here..this is a way of life. Being healthy and keeping active every day is something that we all owe to ourselves.
Remember both healthy eating and exercise is key! I have continuously worked hard and looked after myself by exercising and eating well. “You’re only as old as you feel”, they say!
